When you request a wholesale account or place an order, we keep what you give us: your name, business, email, phone number and shipping address, plus your orders, invoices and the messages you send us here, by email or on WhatsApp. We use it to run your account, fill your orders and answer you.
Our team. We also use outside services to run the site: hosting, email and messaging, and card or bank payments. They receive only what they need to do that job.
Some documents we read into our system, such as supplier invoices and paper memos, may be processed by Google Gemini under Google's business terms, which do not let Google use them to train its models.
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use it to follow you around other websites.
When something on this site breaks, the error is reported to Sentry (sentry.io) so we can fix it. Personal details are removed first: email addresses, phone numbers, and card and bank numbers are blanked out, and nothing you typed into a form is included.
